I picked stone that I wanted and the setting and everything went well from there. The only negative is it took a few weeks to get the ring so my recommendation is be patient. Each ring is custom-made to order. They stayed in touch with me the entire time and ring was delivered without issue. My fiancée loves it. Their prices are better than other people because you’re purchasing directly from the manufacturer cutting out the middleman and the Jewelry store markup. But they are indeed the real deal.
