Thank you for visiting and shopping at CaratBee. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Shipment Processing Time

  • Our standard processing time for order dispatch is within 7-10 business days. Please note that orders are neither shipped nor delivered on weekends or holidays.
  • In the event of a surge in order volume, there might be slight delays, and we appreciate your understanding.
  • Kindly allow for additional transit days for the delivery process. Should there be a substantial delay in shipping your order, rest assured we will promptly reach out to you via email or telephone to provide updates.
  • Please note that all of our shipments are insured and will be delivered by one of our delivery partners, FedEx, DHL, UPS, or  USPS.

  • Upon dispatch, anticipate the delivery of your order within a timeframe of 7-10 business days, excluding the crafting time for Ring & Fine Jewelry. Please note that we shipped via World Class Shipping Company, there might be extended delivery times due to the unique operational system, potentially resulting in delays of 3-7 working days within the EU.
  • For orders up to $500, a flat shipping fee of $30 applies within the USA and selected countries. In certain other regions, where shipping costs are higher, a $50 fee applies for orders up to $999.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing active tracking numbers within 24-48 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • Customs duties and taxes are not applicable for customers from India, Hong Kong, or Dubai. CaratBee is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied during or after shipping; such fees are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
  • While 99% of parcels are delivered on time, delays may occasionally occur due to customs clearance or severe weather conditions. CaratBee is not responsible for such delays, as they are beyond our control.

  • Note : During transit, if the buyer refuses to pay duties and the parcel is not released by customs, we cannot provide any kind of refund. This is because in international shipping, unclaimed parcels are not returned and are often destroyed by the customs authority.

Lost/Stolen

  • Your order is fully insured during transit, and we take every precaution to ensure its safe arrival. In the unfortunate event of loss, a full refund will be provided.
